Our history
Thomas Bush established a smoked fish business from his doorstep in Stepney before the second world war. Over several generations, it has developed into a retail and wholesale wet fish business and still operates from Billingsgate market today supplying fresh produce to restaurants and businesses across Greater London.
Our fish is sourced from Cornwall, Peterhead and Iceland we know the provenance and deal with trusted suppliers who will fish sustainably and responsibly.

We quality check all our produce before sending it out to our customers and our porters are employed directly by us so that delivery is consistent and on time.
