We adhere to the guidelines set out by the Marine Stewardship Council and Seafish. Our supply chain carries certification so that we can be sure of our provenance and are confident the fishing methods used are well within the statutory guidelines. Put simply, we work those suppliers who fish locally using techniques that minimise the catch of unwanted or unmarketable species.
